Dear Mears Families,

Mears Middle School is once again using the on-line scheduling program for parents to sign up for a spring conference time. (https://apps.asdk12.org/ConferenceScheduling2018/StudentScheduleStartExt.aspx) The link to access the scheduler may also be found on the ASD webpage under families on the ASD website. A link is on the Mears homepage as well.

You have the option to sign up for a conference on either Wednesday, February 21st, or Thursday, February 22nd.  You will be signing up for a 20-minute block of time for your child’s conference.  Please make sure that you are signing up for your child’s team and not another team.  Look for the team name and teacher names.  

If you include an email address when you schedule on-line, you will receive a confirmation and automated reminder email from the district concerning your scheduled conference time.

Be sure to plan on an additional 30 minutes either before or after this time to visit your child’s elective classes as well.

Conference times are as follows:

Wednesday, January 21st: 12:30PM – 3:00PM and 5:00PM – 7:00PM (Staff will break for dinner from 4:00PM - 5:00PM)

Thursday, January 22nd – 12:30PM – 3:00PM

In addition to our conferences please participate in these additional activities:

• We ask that all families take the online Climate and Connectedness Survey.  This short survey will give us valuable information concerning your thoughts and ideas for Mears. We will have this survey ready to go at conference time.
